Delhi, the 25th November, 2020

No. F. 56(333)/07/Dev.(HQ)/2693-2700.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 read with

clause (q) of section 3 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), and in supersession of their earlier notification

number F.56(333)/07/Dev.HQ/1399-1407, dated the 2^nd August, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to

appoint the Project Officer (IADP) of the Development Department to be the Licensing Officer for the purpose of

said Act for the geographical area of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
