Delhi, the 15th January, 2021

No. F.15(54)/Lab/2020/253.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (No. 14 to 1947) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,

Notification Number F.2/2/61-Judl. II, dated the 24^th March 1961, the Lt. Governor, Delhi is pleased to appoint with

immediate effect the Inspecting Officers and Labour Inspectors (Grade II DASS Cadre) of Labour Department,

GNCTD as Conciliation Officers and charge them with the duty of mediating in and promoting the settlement of

Industrial Disputes in the area assigned to them.
