F.No. 82/1180/SAB-RPwDAct2016/AD-III/DSW/2018/5740.—In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of Section 66 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016) read with Government
of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification S.O.3870(E) dated 12th December,2017, Lt. Governor of National
Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby constitutes the State Advisory Board on Disability, to exercise the powers conferred
on, and to perform the functions assigned to it, under the said Act in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with
effect from the date of its notification in the Official Gazette.
