F. No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/25-34.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of

section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004), the Government of National

Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. G.S. Meena (IAS, Retired) as Member of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal

for a period of 03 years with effect from the date he enters upon office of Member, Delhi Co-operative Tribunal.

Other terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. G.S. Meena as Member, Delhi Cooperative Tribunal service shall be

as prescribed in the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006 (as amended from time to time)..
