NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 28th January, 2021

No. F. 4(216)/OSD.I/Legal/SEC/2017/ 7170.—WHEREAS the State Election Commission of N.C.T. of

Delhi has decided to update its notifications of even number dated the 14^th March, 2017. and 11^th March, 2020 in

regard to recognition of National and State Political Parties and the list of “Free Symbols” in pursuance of the

provisions of Rule 15 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2012 and in accordance

with the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 issued and updated by the Election Commission

of India till date.

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of aforesaid provisions of Rule 15, the Commission’s notification of

even number dated 11^th March, 2020 is amended as below:-

“In Table III, the following entry shall be added to the list of Free Symbols at serial number 198:-

198 - Dustbin”.
