section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read

with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of the

notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, published in the Gazette

of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide No. S.O. 217(E) dated 20th January, 2014

in so far as it relates to Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, 1 Tughlakabad Institutional Area,

Mehrauli Badarpur Road, New Delhi -110062, Hon’ble Health Minister, GNCT of Delhi hereby

reconstitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, 1

Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, New Delhi -110062, consisting of the following
