(1971का 82वां) की धारा 3 के ऄन्तगचत िो दक ददल्ली जसख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक सजमजत (सदस्ट्यों का चुनाव) जनयमावली,

1974 के जनयम 11 के सजहत िठित द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली के सभी

गुरुद्वारा वाडच के जसख मतदाताओं को ईनके संबंजधत गुरुद्वारा वाडच के सदस्ट्यों के जनवाचन के जलए ददल्ली रािित्र में

ऄजधसूचना सं. एफ. 1/55/गु.चु.जन./2016/3149 ददनांक 31.03.2021 द्वारा अमंजत्रत दकया है ।

ऄब, आसजलए, ददल्ली जसख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक सजमजत (सदस्ट्यों का चुनाव) जनयमावली, 1974 के जनयम 12 के

ऄंतगचत प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं नररदर ससह, जनदेिक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव, ददल्ली ईिरोि चुनाव के संबंध में

नामांकन भरने हेतु जतजथयों अदद की घोषणा, जनम्न प्रकार से करता हूँ :

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st March, 2021

No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/3150.—WHEREAS the Lieutenant Governor, Delhi, in exercise of powers conferred

upon him under Section 3 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (82 of 1971) read with Rule 11 of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara

Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, has called upon the Sikh Electors of all the Gurdwara

Wards of National Capital Territory of Delhi to elect members of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in

respect of their respective Gurdwara Wards vide Notification No. F.1/55/DGE/2016/3149, dated 31.03.2021.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the said powers and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi

Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974, I, Narinder Singh, Director, Gurdwara

Elections, Delhi, hereby further appoint, with respect to the above said election, the dates for filling nominations etc.,

as under:

(a) 7th April, 2021 (Wednesday)

as the last date for filing nominations.

(b) 8th April, 2021 (Thursday)

as the date for scrutiny of nominations.

(c) 10th April, 2021 (Saturday)

as the last date for withdrawal of the

candidature.

(d) 25th April, 2021 (Sunday)

as the date of poll, if necessary.

(e) 29th April, 2021 (Thursday)

as the date before which the election shall be

completed.

The Director, Gurdwara Election hereby further appoints the hours of poll in respect of the aforesaid election

as “08.00 AM to 05.00 PM (without break)” as required under Rule 36 of the aforesaid Rules.
