In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 6 (2) (c) of Legal Service Authorities Act,

1987, as amended up to date, read with sub-rule (5) of rule 3 of Delhi Legal Service Authorities

(Amendment) Rules, 2010 and sub-rule (1) of rule 5 of Delhi Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996, the

Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High
