अिधिनयम, 1987 के िनयम 8ए मᱶ अ᭠तᳶवᭅ᳥ उपबंधᲂ का अनुसरण करते ᱟए ᳰद᭨ली उᲬ ᭠यायलय िविधक सेवाएं सिमित

अिधिनयम, 1998 के अिधिनयम 3(3) के साथ पढ़ते ᱟए ᳰद᭨ली उᲬ ᭠यायलय के माननीय मु᭎य ᭠यायाधीश/मु᭎यसंरᭃक,

ᳰद᭨ली रा᭔य िविधक सेवाएं ᮧािधकरण अपने ᳰदनांक 25.08.2020 के आदेश मᱶ सहषᭅ ᳰद᭨ली उᲬ ᭠यायलय िविधक सेवाएं

सिमित के मौजूदा दो सद᭭यᲂ का कायᭅकाल एक वषᭅ के िलए बढ़ा ᳰदया है और दो और नए सद᭭यᲂ को ᳰदनांक

In pursuance to the provisions contained in section 8A of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, as amended by

Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2002 read with Regulations 3 (3) of High Court Legal Service

Committee, Regulations1998, the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi/Patron-in-Chief, DSLSA vide his

Lordship’s orders dated 25.08.2020 has been pleased to extend the term of existing 2 members and also nominate two

new members for another one year w.e.f. 25.09.2020 in respect of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.
