NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 2nd July, 2021

No. F. DSHC/009/2018-19/-405—In terms of Section 21 (1) of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 read with rule

5 of Delhi Haj Committee Rules, 2006, a virtual meeting of the members of the Delhi State Haj Committee was held

on 27^th May 2021, under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary (Revenue), Government of National Capital

Territory of Delhi. In the said meeting, Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad was elected as the Chairperson of the Delhi Sate Haj

Committee.

Now, in exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002

(35 of 2002), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby notified Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad as the

Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
