NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 17th August, 2021

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II/1898.—Whereas, the halting and parking of TSRs on roads in Delhi are

unregulated, resulting in their parking at all places thereby causing hindrance to other vehicles and endangering the

security of the public.

And whereas, notification of additional halting and parking of TSR stands has become necessary because of

urban expansion and increased demand.

Now, therefore, I, Satyawan Gautam, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (Modernization), Delhi in

exercise of the powers, conferred upon me u/s 28(1) (b) of Delhi Police Act, 1978 read with Rule 3 of the “Delhi

Control of Vehicular and other traffic on Roads and Streets Regulation, 1980” do hereby order that the 24 locations

specified in the schedule annexed with this notification shall be used as “TSR Halt & Go” stands for halting and

parking of maximum 5 TSRs at a time. The notifying authority reserves the right to cancel the notific ation

subsequently in the public interest. No Pucca / Semi Pucca structure, water, electricity and telephone connection shall

be allowed on these sites.

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a

copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioners of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi

/ New Delhi.

The concerned civic road maintaining agencies shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards

indicating the “Halt and Go Places for TSR” at the locations specified in the schedule annexed with this notification

for guidance and convenience of the road users / general public.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
