by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010 (Delhi Act 07

of 2010), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby, appoints the 5^th

day of August, 2021, as the date to come into force of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board

(Amendment) Act, 2020.
