dated the 12^th August, 2021 agreeing with the views of Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of

NCT of Delhi, the Notification No. F. 8/43/2020/HP-II/1638-50 dated the 26^th July, 2021 issued under

section 24(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is hereby confirmed.
