of rule 59 and sub-rule (1) of rule 67-A, read with sub-rule (i) of rule 2 of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules,

1945, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following

Assistant Drugs Controllers, of the Drugs Control Department, Government of National Capital Territory

of Delhi as Licensing Authority in respect of part VI and part VI-A of said rules for whole of National

Capital Territory of Delhi, namely:-

1. Sh. Rajeev Bhargava

2. Sh. Rohit Bajpai

3. Sh. Sundeep B. Jivnapurkar

4. Sh. Deepak Sharma
