of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,

Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Joginder Kumar Batra, Registrar-cum-Principal Secretary, Telecom

Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, to be the Executive Magistrate in Metropolitan Area of Delhi till he holds

the present post or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
