conferred by sub-section 1 of section 4 read with sub-section 59 of section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection
of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to
nominate the following names as Members Social Worker in Juvenile Justice Board. They shall exercise the powers and
discharge the duties conferred or imposed on such Boards in relation to the Children in Conflict with Law under the
said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely: -
