NOTIFICATION

Delhi-110054, the 3^rd August, 2022

No. F. 74/DTC/STA/2005/71782.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises

(Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 735 dated 24^th February, 1977 and in super-session of Government notifications No.

F. 74/DTC/STA/2020 dated 11^th August, 2010 and No. F.19(09)/Sectt/Tpt/2020/51463, dated the 22^nd September, 2020

of the Transport Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, except in respect of things done or

omitted to be done before such super-session, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi,

hereby appoints Shri Ashok Kumar, Deputy Chief General Manager (Civil), Delhi Transport Corporation, being an

officer of equivalent rank to that of a gazetted officer of the Government, to be the Estate Officer for the purpose of the

said Act, and to exercise the powers conferred, and to perform the duties imposed on estate officer by or under the said

Act in respect of Public Premises, under the administrative control of the Delhi Transport Corporation.
