ए.डी.एम./द.पू./एल.ए.सी./2016/506 ददनांक 02.09.2019 के द्वारा िन कायों के जलए गांव नंगली रिापुर में सराय काले

खां से मयूर जबहार, नइ ददल्ली तक बारापुस्ट्ता नाले पर एजलवेटेड रोड के जनमााण हेतु पररयोिना के जलए भूजम ऄजधग्रहण

हेतु ऄजधसूचना िारी की गयी थी;

और िबदक, भूजम ऄजधग्रहण, पुनवाास और पुनःस्ट्थापन का ईजचत मुअविे और पारदर्शिता ऄजधकार ऄजधजनयम,

2013 की धारा 19 की ईपधारा (1) के तहत िारी ऄजधसूचना संख्या डीएम/एसइ/अरअर/एलएसी/208 ददनांक

26.08.2021 के द्वारा गांव नंगली रिापुर में सराय काले खां से मयूर जबहार, नइ ददल्ली तक बारापुस्ट्ता नाले पर एजलवेटेड

रोड के जनमााण हेतु पुनवाासन और पुनवायवस्ट्थापन स्ट्कीम के सार के प्रकािान और घोषणा के जलए ऄजधसूचना िारी की

गयी थी;

और िबदक, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 25 के ऄनुसार, कलेक्टर, धारा 19 के ऄधीन घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख

से बारह मास की ऄवजध के भीतर ऄजधजनणाय करेगा और यदद ईस ऄवजध के भीतर कोइ ऄजधजनणाय नहीं दकया िाता है तो

भूजम के ऄिान की समस्ट्त प्रदियाएं व्यपगत हो िाएंगी परंतु समुजचत सरकार को बारह मास की ऄवजध बढाने की िजक्त

होगी, यदद ईसकी राय में ऐसी पररजस्ट्थजतयां जवद्यमान हैं, िो ईसे न्यायोजचत ठहराती हैं

और िबदक, ऄजधजनणाय िारी करने के जलए समय बढाने के प्रस्ट्ताव को माननीय ईपराज्यपाल ददल्ली द्वारा

ऄनुमोददत दकया गया है और ऄजधजनणाय िारी करने के समय को 31.12.2022 तक बढा ददया गया है;

आसजलए, ऄब, ईपयुक्त सरकार द्वारा ईक्त भूजम ऄजधग्रहण, पुनवाास और पुनःस्ट्थापन का ईजचत मुअविे और

पारदर्शिता ऄजधकार ऄजधजनयम, 2013 की धारा 25 के प्रावधान के तहत प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऄजधजनणाय

िारी करने की ऄवजध 31.12.2022 तक बढाने की ऄनुमजत प्रदान कर दी है।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 24th August, 2022

F. No. DM/SE/LAC/Part-II/2021-1675.—Whereas, Preliminary Notification under sub-section (1)

of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 was issued vide notification No. ADM/SE/LAC/2016/506 dated 02.09.2019 for

acquisition of land for public purpose, namely for construction of Elevated Road over Barapullah Nallah

starting from Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar , New Delhi;

And whereas, a Notification under sub section (1) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 was issued vide

notification No. DM/SE/RR/LAC/208 dated 26.08.2021 for declaration and publication of summary of

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme namely for construction of Elevated Road over Barapullah Nallah

starting from Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar , New Delhi;

And whereas, as per section 25 of the said Act, the Collector shall make an award within a period of

twelve months from the date of publication of the declaration under section 19 and if no award is made

within that period, the entire proceedings for the acquisition of the land shall lapse, however, the appropriate

Government shall have the power to extend the period of twelve months if in its opinion, circumstances exist

justifying the same ;

And whereas, a proposal for extension of time for making an award has been approved by the

Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Delhi and the time for making has been extended up to 31.12.2022 ;

Now, therefore, the appropriate Government in exercise of powers conferred under proviso of

section 25 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013, is pleased to extend the period for making an award up to 31.12.2022.
