of clause (10) of section 3 of the General clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) read with the Government of India

S.R.O. No. 2123 dated 12^th November, 1953 and in supersession of Notification of this Government

No. F. 3(73)/Fin.(T&E)/05-06/dsi/229-234 dated 14.10.2021, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital

Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Principal Secretary (Revenue)-cum Divisional Commissioner, Delhi

as the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the

date he/she assumes charge of the office of the Principal Secretary (Revenue)/Divisional Commissioner, till

further orders.
