section (3) of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908) read with the Government of India, Ministry of states

Notification No. 104-J dated 24^th August, 1950 as modified by the Ministry of States Notification No. 124-J

dated 20^th September, 1950 and in supersession of Notification of this Government No. F. 3(73)/

Fin.(T&E)/05-06/dsi/223-228 dated 14.10.2021, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of

Delhi is pleased to appoint Principal Secretary (Revenue)-cum Divisional Commissioner, Delhi as the

Inspector General of Registration for the National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the date

he/she assumes charge of the office of the Principal Secretary (Revenue)/Divisional Commissioner, till

further orders.
