Delhi, the 15th September, 2022

F.No. 1(25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-I/330.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub

sections (1), (2) and (4) of Section 14 read with clause (s) of section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of

2005), and in partial modification of notification No. F.1 (25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-I/1261-71 dated

01/09/2020, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby substitutes the nomination of

Director of Local Bodies, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi as Member and in lieu of him, nominates the

Special Officer (MCD), Govt. of National Capital Territory as a Member, for the purposes of the said Act, to “The

Delhi Disaster Management Authority” for the National Capital Territory of Delhi which shall consist of the
