section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with rule 11
& 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of the notification
of this Government, published in the Gazette of Delhi Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No.
AA/DOTC/2017/HBAC/3041/1070-79 dated 19thOctober 2020, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi, hereby reconstitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Dr. B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital, Pusa
