NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 1st November, 2022

No. F. 12(157)/2018/L&B/Plg./4612-23.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section

(1) of section 12 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957) read with the Government of India,

Ministry of Health, Family Planning and Urban Development Notification No.18011(28)/67-UD dated the

14th February, 1969, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares the area

described in the Schedule given below to be a “Development Area” for the purpose of the said Act,

namely:-

use undetermined);

(x)

Land under any other scheme of Government for which

change of land use is under process under section 11A of the

said Act as on date of publication of this notification; and

(xi)

Pre-existing institutions which are under consideration for

regularization.
