Delhi, the 2nd November, 2022
No. F. 133/CI/DCI/CETP/2021/1860.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 26 of the Delhi
Common Effluent Treatment Plants Act, 2000 (Delhi Act 7 of 2000), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II of the Delhi Common Effluent Treatment Plants Rules,
2001 with effect from THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTIFICATION IN THE Official Gazette: -
AMENDMENT
INSCHEDULEII “Formula for cost apportionment to all units existing in industrial estates”, the existing entries shall
be substituted by the following entries: -
Total cost of operations & maintenance of CETP

= Per unit cost chargeable based on land area occupied by an industry (Rs. /m2)

= Total area of units having Green category of industries

= Total area of units having White/Dry industries/commercial establishments

= Total Area of Plots with No Activity/Vacant Plot/ No Effluent Discharge

Accordingly,
Rate for units with Non-Polluting/Green Industrial Activity
= Rs. X per sqm.
Rate for units with Polluting/Orange Industries
= Rs. 1.67X
Rate for White/Dry units and other occupiers
= Rs. 0.67X
Rate for vacant plots with No Industrial Activity
= Rs. 0.15X
