under section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended till date, and in pursuance of the provisions
contained in Rule 4 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules 2012, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State
Election Commissioner of National Capital of Territory of Delhi, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of Delhi, hereby
