जुन्ह "बंगला" कग िैसे दक जबहार राज्य की उक्त पार्टी के ्रमम संख्या 4(नंबर 2 पर) ताजलका-II ुना जुन्ह यदेि ददनांक

02.11.2022 में यंजिक पटर तगन करते हुए "हैलीकाप्र्टर" से प्रजतस्ट्थजपत करता हूँ ।

Delhi, the 14th November, 2022

No. F. 4(1)/OSD.I/Legal/SEC/2022/7925.—WHEREAS the superintendence, direction and

control of elections to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi are vested in the State Election Commissioner of

N.C.T. of Delhi vide Section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended till date.

AND WHEREAS the Election Commission of India has allotted a new Symbol "HELICOPTER"

to Lok Jan Shakti Party (Ram Vilas) in the State of Bihar vide its letters No.56/01/Dispute/PPS-II/2021

dated 02.06.2022, second letter No.56/01/Dispute/PPS-II/2021/Vol.III dated 21.10.2022 and third letter

No.56/01/Dispute/PPS-II/2021/Vol.III dated 09.11.2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, in partial modification of Commission's Notification of even number dated

the 2nd November, 2022, containing Symbol Order for elections to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, to

be held hereafter, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner, Delhi, substitute the existing symbol viz.

'Bungalow" as shown against the said party appearing at serial No.4 for Bihar State (at No.2) in Table-II

annexed to the said SYMBOL ORDER dated 02.11.2022 as "HELICOPTER".
