Delhi, the 17th November, 2022

No. 15/2022-State Tax

F. No. 3 (32)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/899.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of

section 23 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the

notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 10/2019-State Tax, dated the 12^th September, 2019,

published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F. 3 (50)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/424, dated

the 12^th September, 2019, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash

bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 18^th July, 2022.

Note:—The principal notification No. 10/2019- State Tax, dated the 12^th September, 2019, published in the Gazette

of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (50)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/424, dated the 12^th September,

2019 and was last amended by notification No. 03/2022 – State Tax, dated the 27^th June, 2022, published in the

Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(6)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/537, dated the 27^th June, 2022.
