F. No. 8/24/2021/HP-II/34-47.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint

Sh. Manu Sharma, advocate as a Special Prosecutor as per provision of 24 (8) Cr.P.C. to represent the state in FIR

No. 111/2000 dated 06.04.2000, u/s 420/120-B IPC, P.S Chanakya Puri before the Court for trial and other matters

on the fee of Rs. 15,000/- plus 10% Clerkage per appearance.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
