Homoeopathic Rules, 1958 the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints

Additional District Magistrate (South) by designation as Returning Officer for conducting the election of the members

of the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi in accordance with the provisions of the said rules.
