section 5 of Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital

Territory of Delhi is pleased to nominate Sh. Mahender Kumar Sanpal (Pappa), R/o 197, Vaishali, Pitampura,

Delhi-110034, as a member of the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board, on his being elected from the category of

traders and commission agents licensed under Section 80, with immediate effect.
