No. F. 14(69)/LA-2020/dsadvice/176-184.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (2) of

section 1 of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi

(Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No. 6 of 2023), the Lieutenant Governor of the National

Capital Territory of Delhi hereby, appoints the 14th February, 2023 as the date on which the aforesaid Act shall come

into force.
