रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, पररषि की जसफाररिों के आधार पर, एतिद्वारा, इस सरकार की अजधसूचना संख् या

1/2017-राज्य कर (िर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/जित्त(रािस्ट्ि-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/382, दिनांक 30 िून, 2017, के

तहत दिल्ली के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, में और आगे भी जनम् नजलजित संिोधन करते हैं,

यथा: -

(ii) क्रमांक103 (अ) के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रजिजि के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजित प्रजिजि को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया

िाएगा, यथा: -

“चोकर, तीक्ष्ण और अन्य अपििि चाहे िह गुरटका के रूप में हों या नहीं धान्य के या फलीिार पौधों के, पेषण या

अन्य कायच से व्युत्पन्न हो [िलीय फीड समेत झींगा फीड और झींगा फीड, पोल्री फीड और पिु फीड सजहत घास, घास

और पुआल, पूरक और योिक, जचल्का सजहत िालों की भूसी, चुन्नी या चूरी, िंडा सजहत सांद्र, गेहं की भूसी, डी-

ऑइल केकसे जभन्न]”;

ि. अनुसूची II में – 6%, -

(i) क्रमांक 48 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रजिजि के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजित प्रजिजि को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,

यथा:-

“फलों के पल् प या फलों के रस आधाररत पेय [फल रस का कार्बोनेटेड जर्बिरेि या फल रस युि कार्बोनेटेड जर्बिरेि के

अलािा]”;

(ii) क्रमांक 180 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रजिजि के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजित प्रजिजि को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा,

यथा: -

“मैथमेरटकल र्बॉक्सेस, ज्योमेरी र्बॉक्सेस और कलर र्बॉक्सेस”;

ग. अनुसूची III में -9%, क्रमांक 25 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) कीप्रजिजि के स्ट् थान पर, जनम्नजलजित प्रजिजि को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत

दकया िाएगा, यथा :-

“दकसी भी सांद्रता के एथाइल अल्कोहल और अन्य जस्ट्पररट्स, जडनेचडच, [एथाइल अल्कोहल, िो की मोटर

जस्ट्पररट (पेरोल) के साथ जमलाने के जलए ऑयल माकेटटंग कंपजनयों या पेरोजलयम ररफाइनररयों को आपूर्तच

दकया गया होसे जभन् न]”;

2. यह अजधसूचना 1 िनिरी, 2023 से लागू होगी।

नोट : प्रधान अजधसूचना संख् या 1/2017-राज्य कर (िर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/जित्त(रािस्ट्ि-I)/2017-18/डीएस-

VI/382, दिनांक 30 िून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, और इसमें

अंजतम र्बार अजधसूचना संख् या 06/2022-राज्य कर (िर), जिसे स. फा. 03(28)/जित्त(व्यय-I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/895,

दिनांक 17 निंर्बर, 2022, के तहत दिल्ली के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाजित दकया गया था, के द्वारा संिोधन

दकया गया था।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 21st March, 2023

No. 12/2022-State Tax (Rate)

F. No. 3 (37)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/230.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant

Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following

further amendments in this Government’s Notification No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi,

Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/382, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, -

(A) in Schedule I – 2.5%, -

(i) against S. No. 102A, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Ethyl alcohol supplied to Oil Marketing Companies or Petroleum refineries for blending with motor

spirit (petrol)”;

(ii) against S. No. 103A, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Bran, sharps and other residues, whether or not in the form of pellets, derived from the sifting, milling

or other working of cereals or of leguminous plants [other than aquatic feed including shrimp feed and

prawn feed, poultry feed and cattle feed, including grass, hay and straw, supplement and additives, husk

of pulses including chilka, concentrates including chuni or churi, khanda, wheat bran, de-oiled cake]”;

(B) in Schedule II – 6%, -

(i) against S. No.48, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Fruit pulp or fruit juice based drinks [other than Carbonated Beverages of Fruit Drink or Carbonated

Beverages with Fruit Juice]”;

(ii) against S. No.180, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Mathematical boxes, geometry boxes and colour boxes”;

(C) in Schedule III – 9%, against S. No.25, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted,

namely: -

“Ethyl alcohol and other spirits, denatured, of any strength [other than ethyl alcohol supplied to Oil Marketing

Companies or Petroleum refineries for blending with motor spirit (petrol)]”.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2023.

Note:-The principal notification No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary,

Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/382, dated the 30th June, 2017 and was last amended by

notification No. 06/2022–State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3
