NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 20th March, 2023
F. No. 1/ADM(S)/Homoeopathic Board Election/2023/1918.—Whereas election of the members of the
Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine. Delhi is to be held in pursuance of the provisions of Section 3(2)(a) read
with Section 8 of the Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956, as amended (Delhi Act no. 11 of 1996). It is hereby notified for
the general information of the Registered Homoeopathic Practitioners that:-
1. The number of members of the Board to be elected is FOUR.
2. Forms for the nomination papers may be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Board of Homoeopathic
System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B–Wing, Vikas Bhawan–II, Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054 on any
working day between 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM from 27th March, 2023 to 05th April, 2023 on payment of Rs.
1000/- by Cash/DD (in favour of Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Delhi).
3. Nomination papers may be delivered to the Undersigned personally or send by post so as to reach in Office of the
Returning Officer Room No 2, Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B–Wing,
Vikas Bhawan – II, Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054 upto 3.00PM on or before 17th April, 2023.
4. Nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny by the undersigned at 3.00 PM on 18th April, 2023 at Office of
the Returning Officer Room No 2, Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B –
Wing, Vikas Bhawan – II, Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054.
5. Last date for withdrawal of nomination by a candidate shall be 24th April, 2023 upto 3.00 PM.
6. The last date for submitting the request for postal ballot papers shall be 2nd May, 2023 upto 5.00 PM by Post/E-
mail on [email protected].

7. Last date for delivering of postal ballot papers by the voters either by personally or by post shall be on
15th May, 2023 upto 5.00 PM. Ballot papers received at Room No. 2, Board of Homoeopathic System of
Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B – Wing, Vikas Bhawan – II, Civil Lines, Delhi – 110054 after 5.00 PM on
15th May, 2023 shall be rejected.
8. The polling, if required for the election will be held on 15th May, 2023 from, 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM at Board of
Homoeopathic System of Medicine, 4th Floor, GPO Building, B–Wing, Vikas Bhawan–II, Civil Lines, Delhi–
110054. The counting of votes will be taken up immediately after the poll is over at the same place.
