का 03) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के तहत प्रदत् त िजतियय का प्रयगग करते ुए, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली के
उपराज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट हगते ुए दक ऐसा करना िनजहत में आिश्यक है, पररषद की जसफाररि के आधार पर,
एतदद्वारा, इस सरकार की अजधसूचना संख् या 02/2017-राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/जित्त(रािस्ट्ि-I)/2017-
18/डीएस-VI/374, ददनांक 30 िून, 2017 के तहत ददल्ली के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाजित दकया गया था,
में और आगे भी जनम् नजलजखत संिगधन करते हं, यथा:-
उक् त अजधसूचना में,अनुसूची में
(i) क्रमांक 102 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रजिजष्ट के स्ट्थान पर, जनम् नजलजखत प्रजिजष्ट कग प्रजतस्ट् थाजपत दकया िाएगा, यथा: -

No. 13/2022-State Tax (Rate)
F. No. 3 (38)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/231.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the
Council, hereby makes the following further amendments inthis Government’s Notification No.2/2017-State Tax
(Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-
VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification,in the Schedule, -
(i) against S. No. 102, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -
“Aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed and cattle feed, including grass, hay and
straw, supplement and additives, wheat bran and de-oiled cake [other than rice bran]”;
(ii) after S. No. 102B and the entries relating thereto, following S. No. and entries shall be inserted,
namely: -

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2023.
Note: - The principal notification No.2/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part
IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017and was last amended by
notification No. 07/2022 – State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number
F.3 (29)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/896, dated the 17th November, 2022.
