NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 14^th May, 2023

No.F.10/10/2023-24/SRD/Fin-1781-1790.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8

of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (10 of 2010), the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby

directs that the power of “Government” under sub-rule 2 of Rule 34 of Delhi Excise Rules, 2010 in respect of L-3

License, may be exercised by Commissioner (Excise) with prior concurrence of Pr. Secretary (Finance), GNCTD.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette and subject to terms

and conditions of tender document.
