राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कायय आवंटन) जनयमावली, 1993 के जनयम

3 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली के परामिय से, सुश्री आजतिी मालीना को,

उनके वतयमान पोटयफोजलयो के अजतररि िन सम्पकय जवभाग आवंरटत करते हैं । यह आवंटन स्ट्वीकृत दकया िाता है, िहााँ तक दक, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि

239 कक के अधीन उपराज्यपाल को उनको कायों के जनवयहन के जलए मंत्री-पररषि् के द्वारा सहायता और सलाह िेना अपेजक्षत है तथा राष्ट्रीय

रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कायय आवंटन) जनयमावली 1993 के जनयम 3 और 19.05.2023 को प्रख्याजपत "राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार

(संिोधन) अध्यािेि, 2023" के अनुसार है । तिनुसार, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के मंजत्रयों के पोटयफोजलयो इस प्रकार हैं:—

Delhi, the 1st June, 2023

No. F. 3/5/2020/GAD/CN/49.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 3 of the Government of National

Capital Territory of Delhi (Allocation of Business) Rules 1993, the Lieutenant Governor, in consultation with the

Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate portfolio of Public Relations Department to Ms. Atishi Marlena, Minister in

addition to the portfolios she is presently holding. The allocation of business to the Minister is approved, in so far as,

such business relates to matters in respect to which the Council of Ministers is required under Article 239AA of the

Constitution to aid and advise the Lieutenant Governor in the exercise of his functions, in accordance with Rule 3 of

the GNCTD (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1993 and subject to the “The Government of National Capital Territory

of Delhi (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023” promulgated on 19.05.2023.

Accordingly, the portfolios of Ministers of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi are as
