—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली सरकार (कायय

आवंटन) जनयमावली, 1993 के जनयम-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र

ददल्ली, मुख्यमंत्री ददल्ली के परामिय से, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली सरकार के मंजत्रयों को जनम्नजलजखत कायय आवंटटत

करते हैं । यह आवंटन स्ट्वीकृत दकया जाता है, जहााँ तक दक, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 239 कक के अधीन उपराज्यपाल को

उनको कायों के जनवयहन के जलए मंत्री-पटरषद् के द्वारा सहायता और सलाह देना अपेजक्षत है तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र

ददल्ली सरकार (कायय आवंटन) जनयमावली 1993 के जनयम-3 और 19.05.2023 को प्रख्याजपत "राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र

ददल्ली सरकार (संिोधन) अध्यादेि, 2023" के अनुसार है । तदनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली सरकार के मंजत्रयों के

पोटयफोजलयो इस प्रकार हैं :-

Delhi, the 30th June, 2023

No. F. 3/5/2020/GAD/CN/1251.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 3 of the Government of

National Capital Territory of Delhi (Allocation of Business) Rules 1993, the Lieutenant Governor, in consultation

with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate portfolios to Ministers of the Government of National Capital Territory

of Delhi, the following business of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The allocation of business to the Ministers is approved, in so far as, such business relates to matters in respect

to which the Council of Ministers is required under Article 239AA of the Constitution to aid and advise the Lieutenant

Governor in the exercise of his functions, in accordance with Rule 3 of the GNCTD (Allocation of Business) Rules,

1993 and subject to the “The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023”

promulgated on 19.05.2023.

Accordingly, the portfolios of Ministers of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi are as
