NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 20th July,2023

No. F. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/548-558.—Whereas Kanjhawala Industrial Estate was declared as Industrial

Use Zone vide Notification No. 141 (E) dated 7^th February, 2007, issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of

India.

Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial

Development Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby

declares the Kanjhawala Industrial Estate to be developed as Industrial area as per provisions of the Delhi Industrial

Development Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
