Delhi, it has been decided to declare Public Holiday in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, as per details given as
under: -

Public Holidays on 09th and 10th September, 2023 being Saturday
and Sunday.

(b) Public Holidays on 8th and 9th September 2023 (Friday and
Saturday) in such offices wherein Sunday is a Public Holiday;
followed by Public Holiday on 10th September, 2023 being
Sunday.

Instruments Act 1881 (26 of
1881).
(a) Public Holiday on 8th September, 2023 (Friday) in such offices
wherein Saturday and Sunday are Public Holidays; followed by
Public Holidays on 09th and 10th September, 2023 being Saturday
and Sunday.
(b) Public Holidays on 8th and 9th September 2023 (Friday and
Saturday) in such offices wherein Sunday is a Public Holiday;
followed by Public Holiday on 10th September, 2023 being
Sunday.
and
(c) Public Holiday on 10th September, 2023 in those commercial
banks and financial institutions wherein Sunday is not a Public
Holiday.

All shops, commercial and
business
establishments
situated within the jurisdiction
of New Delhi Police District.
As per Section 16 (3) (i) of The Delhi Shops and Establishments Act,
1954 all shops, commercial and business establishments situated
within the jurisdiction of New Delhi Police District (as per attached
map) shall remain closed from 08th to 10th September, 2023.

All Departments/Organizations of Government of NCT of Delhi may bring the above to the notice of all
concerned.
