Delhi, the 20th September, 2023

F. No. 8/136/2021/HP-II/3282-3296.—In continuation to this office Notification issued vide No.

F.8/136/2021/HP-II/2726-2740 dated 04.08.2023 regarding the appointment of Advocates Sh. Kapil Sankhla and

Sh. Rajesh Kumar as Special Public Prosecutors to comply the order dated 21.02.2023 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court

in Writ Petition (Crl.) No.3017/2022 in Case FIR No.445/2016 u/s 302,120-B, 201, 411, 34 IPC & Section 25/27 of

Arms Act, P.S. Jamia Nagar, Delhi, in the last line of above notification dated 04.08.2023 after the words “P.S.

Jamia Nagar, Delhi” following is added-

“On the following fee structure and terms & conditions as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter

No. 2172/Legal Cell/PHQ dated 26.05.2023:-

Sh. Kapil Sankhla, Advocate

1. Appearance Fee (Effective)- Rs. 20,000/- per appearance.

2. Appearance Fee (Non-Effective) – Rs. 5,000/- per appearance.

3. Conference Fee- Rs.11,000/- (per hour) per conference.

4. Drafting Fee – Main Petitions/ Writs/ Replies- Rs.55,000; and for miscellaneous applications and

draftings- Rs. 5,000 /- per drafting/ settling.

5. Clerkage- 10% of bill amount.

6. Expenses as per actuals.

Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate

1. For Argument/Evidence : Rs.15,000/- per hearing.

2. For other hearings : Rs.11,000/- per hearing.”
