of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint Ms.

Rupali Bandhopadhya, as Special Public Prosecutor to represent Delhi Police in the Ld. Trial Court of Delhi, in the

matter of case FIR No. 1068/2023, u/s 376 (2)(f), 323, 506, 509, 313, 34, 120(B) IPC and 6/21 POCSO

Dt. 13.08.2023 PS Burari Delhi on the fee structure given by Delhi Police vide letter dated 23.08.2023: -
