F. No. 8/177/2023/HP-II/3444-3457.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority,is pleased to appoint Sh.

Zoheb Hussain, Advocate as ‘Special Public Prosecutor’ to represent the State in trial Court in case FIR No. 179/2018,

u/s 419/420/467/468/471/476/120-B IPC, PS EOW, Delhi.

The following fee structure shall be payable to above mentioned Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the

case as per the Delhi Police letter no. 3031/Legal Cell/PHQ dated 18.08.2023:-
