26 िुलाई, 2012 और अजधसूचना संख्या F.11(99)/2005/पािर/3964 दिनांक 8 िनिरी, 2013 का अजधक्रमण करते हुए और

जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 162 (भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या U-11030-2-2003-

UTI दिनांक 20 फरिरी, 2004 और जिद्युत मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की अजधसूचना दिनांक 17 अगस्ट्त, 2006, दिनांक 16 मई,

2016 की अजधसूचना के साथ पठित) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली िैधाजनक

िजियों का प्रयोग करने और जिद्युत अजधजनयम, 2003 की धारा 162 के तहत कायय करने के प्रयोिनों के जलए श्रम जिभाग,

िीएनसीटी, दिल्ली के उप जिद्युत जनरीक्षकों और सहायक जिद्युत जनरीक्षकों को, िो भारत सरकार के ऊिाय मंत्रालय की उि

अजधसूचना दिनांक 17 अगस्ट्त, 2006 और अजधसूचना दिनांक 16 मई, 2016 में जनधायठरत अपेजक्षत योग्यता और अनुभि को पूरा

करते हैं, को राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में अपेजक्षत ितों को पूरा करने के जलएअगले आिेि तक जबना दकसी अजतठरि पाठरश्रजमक या

िेतन के लाभ के 'जिद्युत् जनरीक्षक' की िजियां ‘प्रिान’ करते हैं ।

F.No.F.1/31/1169/LC/Estt./2023/5762-5773.—In supersession of notification No.F.11 (99)/2005/Power/2508

dated 26^th July, 2012 and notification No.F.11 (99)/2005/Power/3964 dated 8^th January, 2013 and in exercise of the

powers conferred by Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Government of India, Ministry of

Home Affairs notification No. U-11030-2-2003-UTI dated 20^th February, 2004 and Ministry of Power, Government of

India notification dated 17^th August, 2006 read with notification dated 16^th May, 2016, the Lt. Governor of the

National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to ‘confer’ the powers of ‘Electrical Inspector’ for the purposes of

exercising the statutory powers and performing the functions under Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 upon

Deputy Electrical Inspectors and Assistant Electrical Inspectors of Labour Department, GNCT of Delhi, fulfilling the

requisite qualifications and experience as laid down in the said notification dated 17^th August, 2006 and notification

dated 16^th May, 2016 of Ministry of Power, Government of India, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi until

further orders without any extra remuneration or benefit of pay.
