F. No. 8/163/2023/HP-II/4141-4154.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint Sh.

Rakesh Mehta, Addl. PP (Retired), as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the case pending before the Ld. Trial

Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in the matter titled as “State of Telangana vs Gulab Kothari & Ors.” bearing

CT. Case no. 65/2019 being the transferred case from State of Telangana to Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The fee, terms &

conditions will be settled in due course.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
