24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to

notify the fee structure as mentioned below against the appointment of Sh. Amit Prasad, Special Public Prosecutor

appointed in Case FIR No. 59/2020, Dated 06.03.2020 U/s 120B/302/307/124A/153/186/332/353/212/395/427/

109/114/147/148/149/ 420/467/468 IPC, 25/27 Arms Act, 13/16/17/18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act,

1967 and 3/4 of PDPP Act P.S. Crime Branch (investigation with Special Cell), on the following fee structure

proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter No. 4532/LEGAL CELL/PHQ dated the 21.12.2023:-
