सं. 01/जनयम/दद.उ.न्या.—भारत के संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 229 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस

न्यायालय के माननीय काययकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीि ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय जवभागीय कैंटीन में समूह 'ख' और 'ग' के

अराजपजत्रत पदों के जलए भती की प्रदिया को जवजनयजमत करने वाले “ददल्ली उच् च न्यायालय जवभागीय कैंटीन कमयचारी

(जनयुजि और सेवा की ितें) जनयम, 2017” में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन सहर्य करते हैं:

अनुसूची-II के अंत में वतयमान टटप्पणी - 2 के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत को टटप्पणी - 3 और टटप्पणी - 4 के रूप में सजममजलत

दकया जाएगा:-

"टटप्पणी-3: जवभागीय परीक्षा के साथ-साथ सीधी भती के माध्यम से जनयुजि करते समय मौजखक

परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के अंक जलजखत परीक्षा के कुल अंकों के 15% से अजधक नहीं होंगे।"

"टटप्पणी-4: साक्षात्कार में कोई न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक नहीं होंगे।"

टटप्पणी: यह संिोधन राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से लागू होगा ।

Delhi, the 5th January, 2024

No. 01 /Rules/DHC.—In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India,

Hon‟ble the Acting Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to make the following amendments in the “Delhi High

Court Departmental Canteen Employees (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017” regulating the

method of recruitment of Group „B‟ and „C‟ Non-Gazetted posts in the Departmental Canteen, High Court of Delhi :-

THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE INSERTED AS NOTE-3 AND NOTE-4 AFTER THE EXISTING NOTE-2,

AT THE END OF THE SCHEDULE-II :-

“Note-3 : Viva-voce/interview marks shall not be more than 15% of the total marks of the written

examination while making appointment through departmental examination as well as direct

recruitment.”

“Note-4 : There will be no minimum qualifying marks in the interview.”

NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE

GAZETTE.
