फा.सं.ए-42015/4/2017-एच (स्ट्था.)-II/डी-214.—नई ददल्ली नगरपाजलका पररषद अजधजनयम, 1994

(1994 का 44) की धारा 43 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और उि धारा 43 की

धारा (2) के अधीन यथा अपेजक्षत, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामिश के बाद और उि अजधजनयम की धारा 387 की

उप-धारा (2) के संदभश में केंद्र सरकार के अनुमोदन से, नई ददल्ली नगरपाजलका पररषद एतद्वारा नई ददल् ली नगरपाजलका

पररषद (एलोपैथी) भती जवजनयम, 2007 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनजिजलजखत जवजनयम बनाती है अथाशत्: -

1. संजक्षप्त िीषशक और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जवजनयमों को नई ददल्ली नगरपाजलका पररषद (एलोपैथी) भती (संिोधन)

जवजनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा।

(2) वे रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत् त होंगे।

2. नई ददल्ली नगर पाजलका पररषद (एलोपैथी) भती जवजनयम, 2007 के जवजनयम 7 में,—

"(क) सीमांत िीषशक में, कोष्ठक और िब्द "(अल्पकाजलक अनुबंध सजहत)" के जलए कोष्ठक और िब्द "(अल्पकाजलक अनुबंध

सजहत)/अविोषण" को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाता है;

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 17th January, 2024

F. No. A-42015/4/2017-H (Estt.)-II/D-214.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of

sub-section (1) of section 43 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994) and after consultation with

the Union Public Service Commission, as required under sub-section (2) of the said section 43, and with the approval

of the Central Government in terms of sub-section (2) of section 387 of the said Act, the New Delhi Municipal

Council hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the New Delhi Municipal Council (Allopathy)

Recruitment Regulations, 2007 and namely

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These regulations may be called the New Delhi Municipal Council

(Allopathy) Recruitment (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the New Delhi Municipal Council (Allopathy) Recruitment Regulations, 2007, in regulation 7,—

(a) in the marginal heading, for the brackets and words “(including short-term contract)” the brackets and words

“(including short-term contract)/absorption” shall be substituted;

(b) for the words “sub-cadre by deputation” the words “sub-cadre by deputation/absorption” shall be substituted.

Note: The principal regulations were published in the Gazette of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide

No. 4/22/2001/UD/pt.file-2/9522/1000, dated the 30^th May, 2007 and subsequently amended vide No. A-42015/

4/2017-H (Estt.)-II/D-213 dated the 20^th May, 2022.
