Delhi, the 19th January, 2024

No. F. 11 (1938)/DERC/2021-22/7263/2199.—In the Notification of the Government of National

Capital Territory of Delhi, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission published in the Gazette of Delhi,

Extraordinary, Part – III, dated 01st August, 2023, vide N.C.T.D. No. 176 dated the 02nd August, 2023, in

respect of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers

and Ombudsman) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023 - at Page 1 in the Title (i.e. in the Hindi version) the

year “2022” shall be replaced with the year “2023”.
