Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint

Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent Delhi Police before the Hon’ble High

Court of Delhi as well as Ld. Trial Court in matters arising out of FIR No. 132/23 u/s 3/4 MCOCA Act, Police Station,

Nand Nagri on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 01.02.2024:-
