the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint Sh.

Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent State before the Ld. Trial Court in the

case FIR No. 142/2023 u/s 186/353/452/153/34/120-B IPC & 16/18 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, PS

Parliament Street (Investigated by Spl. Cell), New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police
